What is your style of filming a wedding?

We have a realistic story telling approach to shoot a wedding. Beauty lies in the story of the couple which we film in our cameras. Our style is a mixture of filmmaking, storytelling, art and documentation of an image. Equal importance is given to the post-production process. We are like silent ninjas - you won’t even feel our presence during the event but will be surprised at the end result. All in all, we capture memories from your wedding shenanigans and present them in the form of stories - your stories. And most importantly, we work for couples and not clients.

How much do you charge ? What are the wedding packages you offer?

We do not offer any pre-fixed packages for weddings. We customise each package to cater to the couple’s requirements. The cost is based on various factors like the number of days you need us, number of events you want us to capture and the services you chose. Once we get a clear idea of your requirements, we give an estimated cost for the services.  To work this out smoothly, we always recommend to meet with the couple before rushing into the cost.

What is the difference between Cinematic Film and Cinematic Video?

A cinematic film has a filmy look. The style aims to increase the emotional impact through use of slow-motion and transition effects, saturated colors, creative camera angles and dramatic music. It carries a ‘wow’ factor. Interviews of the couple and family/friends are added to emphasize the emotional bond. Cinematic films are usually scripted and include a lot of preparation with the client and the team. Perfect coordination is the key factor. 
A cinematic video is a compilation of beautiful moments and portraits of the couple and the family/friends. The video contains natural shots beautifully framed with available resources. Selected music and video transitions makes it a short and sweet package of the couple’s wedding day.

Do you shoot destinations weddings? What are the charges for it?

Yes, we do shoot destination weddings. The filming and photography charges remain the same all over India. However, the travel time is chargeable for more than 6 hours. The couple has to arrange and pay for the travel, stay and food of the team travelling. It is preferable to stay as a guest of the family or somewhere nearby during the events in order to not have any delays or misses.

How big is your team?

We avoid bringing a huge team at the venue as it makes an unnecessary crowd of photographers near the couple. The team size depends on your requirement and the scale of your wedding. We have a team of talented individuals for all kinds of additional services as well - from wedding streaming services and drones to photo-booth operators.

Question 6

How long does it take to deliver pictures and films?

We deliver all non-edited processed images within 2 weeks after your event. As soon as we receive the selection of the images from you, we start post-processing it. For films, it takes 2 months from the event to get the graded output. We always share the first draft for approval and then do the final edit. All the deliverables are given on time unless there is communication lag in response or approvals from the client.

Question 7

What are the inputs from the couples for film edit and music or songs?

Couple inputs are really important and they help to enhance the film which makes it look much better and real. Music, if not created, is selected from the existing tracks and songs on the web, which have to be selected by the couple. We are always happy to give suggestions on the track and songs. However, once the music/ song is edited with the video footage and finalised on the timeline, it cannot be changed. If the couple wants to create personalised music/song from our team, extra charges are applicable. The process for the same will be shared with the couple after we go through the entire footage of their event.

How should we book your team and when?

To book us, just fill up and submit the contact form we will get back to you as soon as possible! The earlier you book us, the better! We suggest couples to book us at least six months before your wedding as good photographers & cinematographers do get locked quite early.

Question 9

How does the confirmation of booking and payment work?

Accepted Answer

A 50% deposit of the entire amount decided upon and a signed copy of the contract will help you secure and block your wedding dates in our calendar. We follow a ‘first come, first serve’ policy and can confirm your booking only after the payment of the mentioned deposit. Once we block dates for you, we do not take any other project for those dates. Hence, verbal commitments can cause misunderstandings and loss for business. For the same reason, the advance amount is non-refundable. The remaining amount will be due on the day of completion of events.

Question 10

Do you offer albums or photo books ?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do offer albums and photo books. The costs differ as per your choice of paper, bindings and, most important, the brand you chose for the album. The types of new products, paper quality and binding are shared with you after your wedding. Please note : This cost is never included in the package and albums/photo books are treated  as a completely different new order. The payment terms for albums and photo books are different, which are discussed before the order is placed.
